Our Story

Hello! I'm Chetna- a student, a daughter and the face behind Curatedd.

I never thought that a house sign I made for my own home to surprise my mum would ever turn into a business. After receiving tonnes of questions and requests from people around, I began accepting orders. These conversations made me realise there was truly a big gap in the market and house signs were often forgotten about due to a lack of designs. 

And so I created Curatedd. I design each item, test and only pick the ones I truly like. The selection on offer in each collection is all designed and produced by me. I have added on collections and I hope you enjoy the range on offer. Happy Shopping!

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may vary due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays that are outside of our control.

REFUND POLICY

Damaged or Incorrect Order
In the rare case that your item/s arrives damaged or incorrect please contact curatedd.au@gmail.com immediately with your order number, a description and an image of the damaged item/s. We will further investigate and endeavor to resolve the issue. 
Change of mind or Order Mistake
We will not accept returns or refunds for those who have a change of mind or if an item was ordered incorrectly. 
 
Some of our items are made from natural wood; hence each item will have an individual look, including, though not limited to, the grain, knots and colour. These variations should not be considered imperfections, instead, they add charm and character to each piece. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund/return will be issued.
