Damaged or Incorrect Order

In the rare case that your item/s arrives damaged or incorrect please contact curatedd.au@gmail.com immediately with your order number, a description and an image of the damaged item/s. We will further investigate and endeavor to resolve the issue.

Change of mind or Order Mistake

We will not accept returns or refunds for those who have a change of mind or if an item was ordered incorrectly.

Some of our items are made from natural wood; hence each item will have an individual look, including, though not limited to, the grain, knots and colour. These variations should not be considered imperfections, instead, they add charm and character to each piece. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund/return will be issued.
