The plaque itself is gorgeous.. However the customer service from this small business is appalling. I waited 2 months for my order and every time I tried to follow up or reach out to the business I got no response. I have absolutely learned my lesson now and will never purchase from a business without using PayPal. The customer service has ruined my enjoyment of the product and it’s safe to say I will never purchase with this business again.
